Classic oceanfront Outer Banks beach bungalow "All Sandy" is located at Mile Post 2. Enjoy being at the water's edge on the oceanfront deck or screened in porch and relax in a rocking chair to watch the sunset from the front porch.
Single Level: Enjoy watching the sunrise from the Oceanside deck or screened porch! Living room with flat-screen TV, gas heater and access to the screened porch and sun deck, kitchen with attached dining bar seating 6, 2 Queen Bedrooms and a full hall bathroom. Stacked washer and dryer in one of the Queen Bedroom closets. Enjoy stairs to the beach from the Oceanside deck.
Extras: 3 flat-screen TVs (streaming), screened porch, gas log heater, 4 ceiling fans, Mini-split AC unit in living areas, 2 window AC units, enclosed outside shower, charcoal grill, fish cleaning table, high-speed wireless internet, washer/dryer and parking for 2 cars. No Smoking. NO PETS. Full week rentals only. Distance to Beach: Oceanfront. Beds: 2 Queens. House Address: 4913 N. Virginia Dare Trail, Kitty Hawk. Key Type: Keyless entry. CHECK IN LOCATION: 3719 N. Croatan Hwy., Kitty Hawk Office.
Linens and towels are NOT provided but can be rented for the week. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bath mat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking. Weekly cost: $115.00 not including tax or bed making service.
This home does NOT offer a dishwasher.
This home offers a mini split AC system in the kitchen/living areas and window AC in the bedrooms.
Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

There is a tv in the living room above the wood stove and the picture on the website does not show that. We spent our honeymoon here and it was just absolutely perfect! It will forever be our special place and hold great memories for us! We didn't want to leave! :)

You absolutely will not be sorry if you rent this lovely little home, beautiful and perfect especially for the older couple or small family. Really though I would prefer to keep this to myself; as the years have gone on, I find it harder to find an open week when I am ready to reserve!
