Nicely furnished and well equipped this cozy cottage is right on the beach, just go down the stairs from your private oceanfront deck and you are there, toes in the sand! This beach home was showcased on HGTV Beachfront Bargain Hunt.
Single Level: Great room with TV/DVD, dining room seating 6 with ocean view and oceanfront sun deck access and a galley style kitchen with ocean views. Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom with stand-up shower and a Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV that shares a full bathroom with a Bedroom with a Double Bed and flat-screen TV. Laundry area with washer and dryer.
Extras: 4 TVs, DVD player, high-speed wireless internet, deck furniture, enclosed outside shower, direct TV with HBO, parking for 2 cars, CD player, Keurig Coffee, unlimited long distance calling within the US, ceiling fans, crock pot and sun deck and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bath mat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking.
This property does NOT offer a grill.
Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

The oceanfront location was amazing and I loved the decor of the home. Its small but cozy. We loved having Johns Drive-In right across the street...great food, affordable, and delicious shakes. It was also great being in walking distance to so many good restaurants like Hurricane Mos, Barefoot Bernies, and The Black Pelican. Loved this vacation!

This cottage is suitable for 3 adult couples since it provides privacy, due to the layout. It is also nice that Johns Drive-In is across the street. I thought it would be an issue, but it turned out to be great and the food is good. Kids would love it.

We stayed at this house for the 3rd year in a row and will definitely be back next year. The staff at the Kitty Hawk office is always friendly and they go above and beyond to help you with any concerns you may have to make your stay a great one! Ive been vacationing at the Outer Banks for over 20 years and Brindley Beach is the best to rent from. Always friendly and courteous. This house is cozy with a short walk to the surf, not many steps and perfect for 5 to 6 people. Johns Drive-In across the beach road is also an added plus.
